We’re thrilled to announce we’ve got a new name and new look! To better reflect who we are and what we do, we’ve changed our name to PuppySpot as well as updated our entire site. We’re proud to say this redesign now truly embodies our mission of making lives better by placing healthy puppies into happy homes.
Among the changes, you’ll notice:
• A new logo, which features a heart-shaped puppy nose, symbolizing our team’s love and commitment to all of our clients – our puppies whom are at the center of everything we do, our responsible breeders whom raise their puppies with the utmost care, and of course you – our customers whom we help to fetch a new best friend.
• Our new name, PuppySpot, which describes a community of passionate dog lovers, where dogs are celebrated; where trust, confidence and transparency are paramount; where customers have a voice; where everything is done with a personal touch; and where we never lose sight of what we’re really delivering: joy.
• An emphasis on what makes PuppySpot truly unique – with a screened and vetted network of responsible breeders across the country, PuppySpot is proud to hold each and every one of its breeders to industry-leading health and safety standards, above and beyond USDA requirements. Committed to the humane treatment of all dogs, PuppySpot conducts a comprehensive, proprietary screening process for all breeders; in fact, less than 10 percent of breeders reviewed by PuppySpot are ultimately invited to join the community.
• A brand new content site (that you’re in now!), featuring articles and advice on a variety of topics relevant to dog owners, including health, training, grooming, play and more. This resource was created to help you in the next phase of your journey as a puppy parent and beyond. Your relationship with PuppySpot does not end after you get a puppy from us; rather, it’s just beginning.
We hope you appreciate these changes, and as always, we very much welcome your feedback. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (866) 306-6064 to speak with one of our Puppy Concierges or reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
