One of the things we strive to do at PuppySpot is help you find the right puppy for your family. We know from talking to our customers over the year that the searching process for a new furry family member often happens across days, weeks, or even months. That’s why we are excited to introduce new account functionality on PuppySpot.com that lets you save a list of puppies you’re interested in.
You will now notice a small heart icon on the top right corner of every puppy picture. If you click on that heart the first time, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Once you have an account, you can keep track of your favorite puppies to help you as you choose which puppy will be coming home to you.
In addition to favoriting, your account will also be a location where you can view your order history. Your My Account page will display the record of your transaction history.
Currently, after paying for a puppy you will still need to use our PuppySpot App to track your puppy’s travel details and communicate with your Puppy Managers. Over time we will add more visibility into PuppySpot.com so that you can find the same information on your account page that you have in the app.
Thanks for trusting PuppySpot to help you fetch your new best friend!
