Boston Terrier
Great at contacting you as soon as you find a dog that you are interested in. After you start paying for the dog the communication kinda starts lacking. Kinda started to feel like a scam but it did turn out very good and got the dog without issues.

The Boston Terrier has been growing in popularity since its creation a little more than 100 years ago. Originally bred as fighting dogs, Boston Terriers are now by nature quite sweet, affectionate companions with a charming and unique physical profile. The Boston Terrier is a spirited companion easily identified by his black and white tuxedo jacket, athletic but compact body, and unique facial structure. Often referred to as "The American Gentleman," these dogs are often well-behaved and very social. They’re one of the few dog breeds created in the United States when a Boston native crossed an English Bulldog and a White English Terrier.
Typically weighing between 10-25 pounds and standing at 12-15 inches at the shoulder, the Boston Terrier can be found in a blue, brown, or red coat, and can be lovingly referred to as a "stout" or "sturdy" dog.
The appearance of the Boston Terrier brings amusement to many, and their charming personalities turn that amusement into affection. However, it is important to note that dogs with short snouts like Boston Terriers can have breathing issues. Their snouts also aren’t as efficient at cooling air when they inhale, so they can be very susceptible to heat stress. Because of their short coat, they don't do well in extremely cold weather either. All this, coupled with their compact size, makes them the perfect apartment companion and not a dog to be left outside for long periods of time.
The unique physical stature of the Boston Terrier can also present unique health and lifestyle issues. Boston Terriers are prone to corneal ulcers and respiratory problems due to their facial structure. Therefore, it is important to be careful around their eyes when playing or exercising and avoid pulling on the dog's collar to get them to behave or heel.

Safewise, a national safety evaluator, ranked Minnesota as the 26th most pet-friendly state. A little lower than Pawsafe, but still doing pretty well comparatively.
Combining these two studies together puts Minnesota towards the middle of the pack of pet-friendly states.

Minneapolis
Minneapolis ranked 28th on the list, scoring 63rd place for pet budget, 25th for pet health and wellness, and 25th for outdoor pet-friendliness.
A Trust for Public Land (TPL) study reviews the nation’s 100 largest cities to see which has the most dog parks per capita. Minneapolis ranked 27th on the list at 1.7 dog parks per 100,000 people.
St. Paul
Even though Minneapolis and St. Paul are known as the Twin Cities, they rank differently in terms of pet-friendliness. St. Paul also ranked well, but just a few spots lower than Minneapolis at the 33rd spot for overall pet-friendliness.
