The Cocker Spaniel spent years as America's most popular dog breed due to its lovable personality and regal appearance. Typically standing around 14-15 inches and weighing around 24-28 pounds, they're the perfect mid-size companion for hunting, running, or just hanging out. Their even temperament makes them a perfect family dog, but remember, the Cocker was bred to be a hunting dog.
