We did not know what to expect as we never used a breeder before with our prior dogs. Everything was very efficient and we knew everything that was going on with our pup from 6werks old up until she came home at 8 1/2 weeks. my pup is heathy and doing amazing. The breeder got her used to noises and she must have been crate trained a bit because she slept through the night and continues to do so since night 1. We love Ella and could not be happier! My only thing would be delivery, we saw she landed at 9:30 but did not get to our house until 6pm and our only phone call was at 5:30, but we knew she was in good hands.

Lucy has been the perfect companion since her arrival two weeks ago. Puppyspot kept us informed through every milestone from the moment we chose Lucy, until she arrived at our door. Her only challenge has been trying her hardest to make friends with her kitty siblings, some of whom are larger than she is. But time will bring everybody together. Thank you again, Puppyspot, for this precious little puppy.

We love our puppy. She’s well socialized and healthy. My biggest problem with PuppySpot is their unwillingness to share anything about the breeder. I would’ve like to confirm for myself that I was not supporting a puppy mill. In addition I felt the customer service could be somewhat spotty. One time I was scolded for asking for pictures a week and a half after the last had been posted. Another time the representative promised to call me back but did not. The delivery to our home was spot on. The gentleman brought his daughter who held our poppy in her lap as she was the last of four dropped off. None of that would’ve mattered to me if I had been able to confirm that the breeder was reputable. I was really surprised that the breeder did not reach out to me to make sure the puppy was in good shape and to ask if we have any questions. I can’t imagine anyone would let their puppy go to just anyone.Regardless,the bottom line is that we received a happy healthy puppy.
