Thank you for the most beautiful Puppy and for making the transition in getting Chloé to her forever family smooth and easy. We fell in love with her from the moment we saw her picture but once she arrived it was the most amazing feeling anyone could feel. She was perfect! She came to us during a very difficult time in our lives with my mom being very ill and just passing on 4/2. As heartbroken that we are she has filled our lives with so much love. PuppySpot and then breeder gave made this all possible and easy. The continuous updates and follow ups still continue. We thank you for filling our lives with so much love.

Customer service from each of the puppy concierge representatives was exceptional. Every phone call, every email and chat was responded to extremely fast, with care and consistent information. As a result I felt I could trust them. I didn't not like paying 100% in full upon order but took the leap and it paid off. Our AussieDoodle puppy is also exceptional. The breeder must have been well selected and vetted to produce such a well balanced and happy pup. She is true to her breed and was healthy and well adjusted upon arrival. We just love her to pieces and gaining so much joy from having her in our family. I would have provided a 5 star review but for some confusion about the shipping of our pup and gaps/slow to obtain information in the PuppySpot App, for instance having updated photos and up to date transportation information . After our purchase I was impatient about receiving information on when we'd get her which is why I reached out to a concierge person so frequently. When I finally saw the travel info in the PuppySpot app, it was wrong. If I hadn't of caught it and inquired to correct the original instructions, she may have been stuck at a strange airport. Nonetheless, I would recommend PuppySpot to others that can afford to pay for a great dog!
