I had driven to ATL airport in 5:00pm traffic with a friend to pick up my new puppy. Unfortunately the flight was canceled and I did not know. I talked with a Cargo agent and she rescheduled for the next day but on an earlier flight, so I could pick my puppy up without fight the ATL traffic. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Puppy Spot advising the cancelation. I think better communication would have helped. I love ❤️ my puppy. Michelle Kennell

My experience with PuppySpot has been surprisingly good. I was nervous about buying from a picture without a video call, but Paul arranged to get me a video. A 2nd call for update weight check with Millie was same weight as 2 weeks earlier. This was deceiving because the true weight would have confirmed puppy wasn’t going to be mini. All good though. The local airport pick up was timely and convenient. Rick was so tender with my little pup, and held him close to protect from cold and snow. Pup ended up having a typical parasite but PuppySpot will cover those minor costs. Meet my adorable pup, Jameson.

Cru, FKA Gilbert, is an absolute love. He has a great disposition and appears to be perfectly healthy! The process with Puppy Spot was straight forward and they were always responsive and helpful when we had questions.
