Very knowledgeable about the puppies. Made all the logistics work despite the busy time of the holidays. Communication on the arrival day was impeccable and we knew exactly when to expect our special delivery. We are so pleased that we chose Puppyspot to welcome our new member of the family.

We love our puppy! He is soooooo sweet!! He is also a beautiful dog. And very smart! The only reason I am not giving you a 5 star is because picking up the puppy at the St. Louis spirit airport was so crazy!!! I couldn’t find where to go and stopped at like 5 different place to find someone that knew. You need better instructions!!!!!!
