The Bichon arrived in great health and is a dream come true. We are over the moon with the dog. The whole process was amazing especially the follow up after we received the dog. They truly care.

Both dogs have been great, and have obviously been bred and raised in a well adjusted home prior. They have adapted so quickly and well, with little to no separation anxiety, yet able to develop very strong bonds to me and our family overall. Neither was over-coddled (one wasn't used to even being picked up, but quickly adjusted to it once here), which is very helpful in transitioning to their permanent home. Lovely personalities on top, get along fantastically with each other and our other two dogs. It feels like there has been little need for adjustment except for perfecting the usual potty training. Personal delivery to my door of the first dog was perfect (he flew in to an airport further away), transporter was an excellent communicator. Something was dropped in communication on the 2nd dog, as she was supposed to be home delivered and I had to reach out for clarification when I saw only info about her flight to our local airport. I didn't mind picking her up since she arrived to our closest airport, but I had to initiate clarification and the request for a refund on difference of service. Refund was issued immediately, however. Staff has been great overall in following up on an ear infection (common for puppies) reported after her vet check by calling and emailing more than once till I was able to reply, but no word since I submitted the invoice and treatment info, so I'm not sure what's the next step. Just feels a little dropped without acknowledgement. Otherwise, it has been easier to select my beautiful puppies this way, compared to the route of contacting so many breeders, being on wait lists, or putting a deposit on a dog not yet born which i did once. I also appreciated when selecting the first dog, the person helping me facilitated a call between us to the breeder so I could ask other questions. This alleviated many concerns and solidified my decision. My two new dogs are very precious and have brought so much joy. Also, your chat option from the PuppySpot app does work pretty well and I appreciate the fairly quick and reliable responses I was able to receive this way, rather than waiting on a call to get someone who could reply from the appropriate department. The dogs are absolutely five star, just a couple communication blips to work out!:)

We recently purchased two Bichon puppies from PuppySpot. When we started the process, we were edgy about using an unfamiliar, nationwide service to find and adopt dogs that we could not see or touch until we owned them. Over time, however, the staff at PuppySpot gained our confidence and in the end led to a great experience. PuppySpot quickly responded to our questions and issues. They sent numerous useful emails with links to many puppy adoption, training and health issues. Finally, when the puppies arrived from a distant state, they were in great shape, healthy, clean and lively. Although the new dogs were on the expensive side, the PuppySpot services were well worth the money. We would gladly use the folks at PuppySpot again to help find and adopt new pets.
