Several of my friends were worried that I was getting scammed but much to my delight I have my baby!!! I like their customer service. They were helpful and knowledgeable. was worried about his traveling but my chaperone was awesome and she kept me in the loop of what was going on. I am so thankful for my dear little man. He is kind and sweet loving puppy. So all that to say this puppy spot was a positive experience for mean!!!

Great at contacting you as soon as you find a dog that you are interested in. After you start paying for the dog the communication kinda starts lacking. Kinda started to feel like a scam but it did turn out very good and got the dog without issues.

Everybody I dealt with was very professional and courteous, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting a puppy.

What can I say Gracie is so sweet…I thank all of you for bringing her to us…Please thank her first family they did a great job …she is just a wonderful puppy ❤️

We are delighted with the service that we received from everyone at PuppySpot. From our puppy advisor Tiffany to the transportation coordinators and our puppy chaperone Dwight. The app was super helpful. We also appreciated the care articles and past and current photos. Everything was amazing and we love our new for baby so much.
