Our situation was unique as we were on vacation while contemplating our pup for my wife. We worked with Derek and Michelle to set up and schedule his delivery and it worked out amazing in the end. He was afraid but still very friendly. My wife has been through the moon since his arrival and he transitioned very quickly in about 36hrs. He is already eating and going potty outside on his leash. We are very excited to welcome Finn as the newest family member.

Customer Service was great in the initial contact - the rep's name was Sarah. Explained how everything works and answered all questions. Helped us through the selection process a ton. Good updates through the waiting period. And the shipping was smooth as silk. I had never picked up anything in the cargo facility at the airport, but all info was provided and it proved to be very easy.
