Almost immediately after I signed up for my puppy I was contacted by Alan from Puppy Spot. He walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable about it. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of what was about to happen. I received Cleo (now named Jasmine with us calling her Jazz) 2 hours earlier than originally thought.
