Easiest and informative process to the best little puppy!

I just love my new little girl, Penny (Marcie). She is the light of my life! I have laughed out loud more since my Chihuahua arrived than I have in a long time. He loves to play with the cat and hang by the pool with the grandchildren. He loves going anywhere I take him and he is a very sweet little guy socially.
