The Puppy Spot staff were accessible for questions. They were very knowledgeable and supportive. The process was efficient and they thought of everything including travel across the country! Our puppies (sisters) are amazing, healthy, beautiful, and sweet.

I never saw the puppy or held her; but was looking for a specific breed and look. I got exactly the one I wanted on every way. They delivered to me front door and was very good in letting me know when they were coming. She is perfect... never whines, sleeps all night and is really smart. Love her so much. Puppy Spot was so informative and helpful.
