Everything went perfectly. I felt confident I was getting a beautiful Havanese baby once the actual breeder reached out to me once the purchase was made. Puppyspot kept me in the loop as to how she was doing and when she would be arriving by a companion flight add on. The companion traveling with my baby was amazing and texted me every step of the way too! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a specific breed. Thank you puppy spot!!

For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. Quick to get the money but once that is secured, the communication could be better. It would be nice to have some information from the breeders so we can best prepare for our puppy’s arrival. We just got our puppy last night and I’m very happy with her.
