We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end, with choosing our puppy, communicating with PuppySpot about travel arrangements and receiving our new family member. Our puppy is extremely smart, loyal, sweet and loving and I think it’s because the dog comes from a good breeder. I’ve had a previous horrible experience and I can tell you the breeder matters a lot.

So the process to start was super easy Linda F was helping us and she was so very kind and informative. Once we proceeded forward we were updated via the PuppySpot app with our pup’s specific ID from new pictures to health/travel info. What I didn’t like is how she was transported, in an RV. I’m saying that because the email stated they stop for puppy breaks being it’s a 13 hour plus drive along with other pups. We had an incredible experience with puppy spot. I was new to the idea of finding a puppy via the internet but puppy-spot exceeded all our expectations. I really enjoyed the app and the constant updates. He arrived early and safe and sound. So grateful and very happy we have our new addition.
