My Puppy spot experience was good. The communication was consistent when I asked questions when I called and used the Chat feature on the app. Everyone adores our Pup formally known as Candy a Cocker Spaniel who traveled from Kansas to California and arrived to our family at 9 weeks old. She was hand delivered with all the vaccinations, breeder , parents ,and registry transfer information attached to the crate by Pet Cab. Our pet cab delivery driver arrived early and made sure our pups travel...

Satisfied. Was even able to talk with the actual breeder, who by the way, odviously had already worked with our new puppy. The PuppySpot staff were always helpful, thou some connections were a bit challenging. All in all Our little Beau is a love. Now if we could conquer the puppy biting issue. We adore him♥️
