I have been very pleased with Puppy Spot from the first phone call to the arrival of my new puppy. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. We love our dog so much! The process was excellent. There was not stress involved. We had a little problem with communication with the delivery service. They did not have my cell number, so they were not able to get a hold of me. Finally, the driver called his manager to get my cell # and called me right when they were at the meeting spot.
