The Doxiepoo is an affectionate and playful hybrid. This breed was developed by crossbreeding the Poodle and the Dachshund. This small to medium breed combines the intelligence and allergy friendly qualities of the Poodle with the courageous and lively personality of the Dachshund. The Doxiepoo makes for a  great family companion with both children and other pets. With early socialization and training, this breed will easily make new friends wherever they go. They require a moderate amount of exercise to staymentally and physically stimulated, making them great dogs for apartment living. Most Doxiepoos often have a long body, and their height can depend on which parent breed they take after. They can have a medium or long coat, but some can even have wirehair due to their Dachshund heritage.
