The puppies are in excelent health condition. The cost is fair. The customer service is good. They answer all my questions

For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. Quick to get the money but once that is secured, the communication could be better. It would be nice to have some information from the breeders so we can best prepare for our puppy’s arrival. We just got our puppy last night and I’m very happy with her.

We have had the best experience with Puppy Spot. The whole entire process from beginning to end. We got two boys from the same litter and they are angels! We love them so much already. They are so loving and they already been worked with and loved through potty training with the breeder.
