My puppy arrived as promised to my door with Chuck and Skyler. They arrived at the exact day and time they said they would. I'm happy to say he didn't smell as if he laid in his own mess for hours like my last puppy did. Very happy with my baby and pray you continue using Chuck and Skyler.

For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. Quick to get the money but once that is secured, the communication could be better. It would be nice to have some information from the breeders so we can best prepare for our puppy’s arrival. We just got our puppy last night and I’m very happy with her.
