For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. I am very happy with Roxie .I am glad I got her from you. The only thing is I feel they should check and clean the puppies ears before sending them . Roxie,s ears where pertey dirty and was infected. Other then that she is perfect. Thank you.

The puppy I got from you is wonderful! She has a great temperament. She plays by herself, if we aren't available to play with her all the time. She also doesn't bark excessively. My only complaint is with the shipper. The crate was supposed to come with the puppy. I had to ask him for it, and he wanted to charge me $100! When I told him that I had specifically asked Liz about the crate, and was informed that I would receive the crate, then he gave it to me! He also had money on the clipboard...
