We finally brought Daisy (formerly Reba) home on September 25. The puppy delivery was on time and very nice. Early on, I was concerned about Daisy, as I wasn't getting any info or response to some concerns we had. I was finally contacted by William at Puppyspot. For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. I am very happy with Roxie .I am glad I got her from you. The only thing is I feel they should check and clean the puppies ears before sending them . Roxie,s ears where pertey dirty and was infected. Other then that she is perfect. Thank you.
