PuppySpot made it possible to get our puppy quickly instead of being put on a waiting list - they are great with their "auto emails" but their PuppySpot App is useless, no one will ever reply - you end up having to email your questions to them and that is the only way you'll receive an answer. I reached out to our Sales Person, 1 time after the sale and he never responded - I am too busy to "hound" anyone, (this is why I used the service) so I wrote him off after not getting a reply and used their email system...When we finally received the breeder's info, the breeder was great to work with and answered all our questions, even after we brought the puppy home. We are very happy with our puppy - he is very healthy, happy and a perfect addition to our family and that is what counts the most.

We (our family) had a wonderful experience using Puppyspot to find the perfect puppy! Our Havapoo (Havenese/Poodle) is the best! We love him beyond words. He arrived healthy and happy. The communication was amazing between our family and Puppyspot. They went above and beyond making sure the purchase and delivery of our new furry addition was worry free,safe,and informative. Great job Puppyspot! I will highly recommend your company/services to other people who are looking for a new dog. I took a chance using Puppyspot but ended up pleasantly surprised how seamless the whole process from start to finish was accomplished. The slight extra costs paid using Puppyspot was worth it in my humble opinion vs seeking out a breeder on our own. Thanks again Puppyspot! - Brian
