The Imo-Inu is a hybrid of the American Eskimo Dog and the Shiba Inu. The pairing of these two breeds gives you an independent, but affectionate companion. The Imo-Inu is an intelligent breed and with proper training will be a pleasant and friendly dog. They easily become dedicated and loyal family members, making them good with children. They often get along with other animals, but tend to prefer pets their size or larger.  The Imo-Inu’s beautiful and dense double coat can be solid or come in a variety of colors. As long as their coat is brushed once a week, it is easy to maintain and will help reduce shedding.
