Very pleased with Puppy spot. This was 2nd time using them. We are very happy with our pets.

For the most part everything was fine when we made the initial purchase but after that I found the communication was lacking. It’s disappointing I wanted to have just a little bit of information regarding where the puppy was with potty training such as did they use a pad, outdoors or a litter box. I never got a response. Quick to get the money but once that is secured, the communication could be better. It would be nice to have some information from the breeders so we can best prepare for our puppy’s arrival. We just got our puppy last night and I’m very happy with her.

Was a wonderful experience they have been so resourceful and helpful! Our puppy is perfect and we love him so much!
