I only have good things to say. Excellent team with excellent follow up. They only confused the name of the puppy I chose with two other puppies name but I ended up receiving the correct Chocolate Lab I wanted thank god. So it was just a system issue. I highly recommend using this company. Very professional team with very good customer service.

From the first time I contacted PuppySpot until now, I am 100% impressed with PuppySpot. The attention , prompt responses to questions, the organization everything has been perfect. We have had Daphne (we changed her name from Pickles) for almost 2 days & she’s wonderful. The breeder had obviously taken time with her, the delivery people were loving of her.
