From start to finish I experienced nothing but professionalism. My puppy is a healthy, happy puppy. I love him so much. He is quite energetic and adjusting fine. He has had two vet visits and meeting all growth measures. However, the cab transporter let me know that tips were appreciated, so I gave her a $50.00 tip.
