The app did not work beyond it telling me my travel plan was agreed to so I had to call Puppyspot for an update on every subsequent plan for Marty’s transportation. I installed and reinstalled the app several times.I reported this twice and it was not corrected. As far as Marty goes he is a happy puppy and a joy to have. This photo shows him exhausted after a fun day with his toys.

All went smoothly and I was kept informed regularly about progress

PuppySpot did an amazing job with the entire process of bringing Layla home to me. They were very responsive during the entire 3 weeks I worked with them and communicated with me on a daily basis. Thank you for all your help and caring with bringing my precious puppy home.
