We got our sweet little, boy Pomeranian and he was exactly like he was on the website. The staff was very helpful and always answered my question whether I called or text. Our driver was exceptional. He kept me informed of the transportation of our fur baby. Very happy with all results not only did they have our pups vet papers and vaccination tag, they also had a baggie full of food when we arrived. Pick up went very smoothly.
