We were nervous to go through an online service but you puppy concierge was amazing and made us feel at ease with the process. Our puppy was delivered to us and we love her. Overall the experience was good. Our puppy is fantastic and in excellent heath and temperament. We had a medical situation with the first puppy we wanted to bring home that we became aware of when the pre-travel vet check picked up on it. PuppySpot understood our concerns and we ended up finding and getting a different puppy from PuppySpot. The service here was great however the puppy We received is still scared of us she won’t come near us when we call her it seems like she had a bad experience with the breeder or with someone before coming to our house. We’ve had her for 3 weeks now and she still runs away from us when she sees us. We are really sad about this we’ve tried everything but the vet said it’s going to take some time for her to trust people again. For now We continue to show her as much love as she lets us
