We are so in LOVE with our new princess! PuppySpot was excellent to work with. From their app so I can track her delivery to always being there to answer every single question, I really appreciated and highly recommend this experience. I was generally happy with the process. However, there needs to be more communication about when the puppy will arrive. I had to follow up for status instead of a puppy manager keeping me informed. Once the puppy was flown to the airport, there was confusion as to the transport/ puppy cab to Northern California. Ended up having to wait a day before our puppy arrived to our home.

We are ecstatic with our new addition. From our call to delivery - we waited 10 days for her arrival. The pup is beautiful & has a loving personality. We were very happy to have some questions answered (how big her mother & father) from the breeder. The travel day was very long for her - so be ready to feed & bathe & play on day 1.
