The night I found puppyspot, I was a bit skeptical, thinking they were some fly-by-night company that's going to rip me off. I was tempted not to reserve our puppy because of the unknown but after reading BBB's website and reviews, I saw that they responded to complaints appropriately and felt slightly better. I went ahead and reserved a puppy and hope for the best. It was surprising that they followed thru on all their statements listed on their site. There was an initial call to make sure that you are good with the reserved puppy and will take care it for the next ~15 years. Then the puppy manager interaction via their app. Two weeks later, our puppy arrived safely. Overall, my experience with puppyspot is 100%.
