The whole process was great overall. Finding the correct puppy was a hard decision. The automated text message would say one persons name but you were talking to someone else. I remembered the name from the text message not the person I spoke with. My fault for not writing it down. My emotions took over. From the financing to completing the paperwork was the exciting part.
