Hi, I'm Palmer! I'm an 11-week-old male Shih-Poo. My dad is a Poodle and my mom is a Shih Tzu. I have a beautiful black coat, and I was born on August 4. I am ready now to plan my trip to my forever family. Once I reach my adult size, I'm expected to weigh between 9–12 lbs. I'm ready to bring joy, love, and a sprinkle of puppy mischief.
