About maltipoos
A Maltipoo is a cross between a Maltese and a Miniature Poodle. These dogs combine the remarkable features of both breeds: intelligence, loyalty, and friendly temperament. Maltipoos are adaptable, easy-to-please lab dogs and live well with families and in apartments. However, they may not be right for families with very young children as they can be snippy with them.
They love snuggling and lots of attention. They have boundless energy and affection. They love zooming around the house at full throttle, barking as loud as they can. Give them lots of exercise, playtime, and training to mitigate this.
Maltipoos are allergy-friendly as they don't shed! They prefer enclosed spaces to open yards, so are great for city dwellers. They are trusting, calm, and gentle.
maltipoo Care
Maltipoos need lots of attention to keep from destructive behavior. Make sure you can spend lots of time with your Maltipoo!
Maltipoos do best with routine. Make sure their grooming, feeding, and playtime are on a schedule. The stronger the routine, the happier your Maltipoo will be.
Maltipoos tend to bark when left alone for long periods, so keep them company and socialized and make sure they don't get bored.
Maltipoos can be challenging to train. Be patient, consistent, and diligent. Also, be sure to socialize your Maltipoo with children and other dogs at an early age as they can grow anxious around children and larger dogs.
