The feisty offspring of a Yorkshire Terrier and a Chihuahua, the Chorkie is a diminutive pooch with a personality that is larger than life. Born with the attitude and temperament of a much larger dog, Chorkies don't realize that they're small.
Regardless of size, Chorkies are always adorable loyal, and eager to be the center of attention. Like the Yorkshire Terrier, these lovable lap dogs require frequent socialization and are seldom venture far from their owners.
Chorkies are smart, easily trainable, and make terrific watchdogs, but they also have a tendency to bark.

The Chorkie is a cross between a Chihuahua and a Yorkshire Terrier that generally weigh less than 10 pounds and have a life expectancy of 10 – 15 years.
