Hi, I'm Govey! I'm a 5-week-old male Golden Retriever with a beautiful golden coat, born on May 6. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after July 6, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 55–85 lbs. I'm AKC registered. I'm ready to be the little ray of sunshine in your life.

Bringing Govey home
When is Govey ready to leave his mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Govey must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Govey weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Govey will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
