When is Koko ready to leave her mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Koko must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Koko weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Koko will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
