Hi, I'm Bernard! I'm a 7-week-old male Irish Doodle. My dad is a Poodle and my mom is an Irish Setter. I have a beautiful chocolate & tan coat, and I was born on June 16. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after August 12, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 50–60 lbs. Some might even say I'm a tennis ball connoisseur! I like anything that gets my tail wagging. I can play for hours, then curl up for a good 'ol nap.

When is Bernard ready to leave his mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Bernard must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Bernard weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Bernard will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
