Hi, I'm Nico! I'm a 6-week-old male Labrador Retriever with a beautiful yellow coat, born on June 25. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after August 20, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 60–95 lbs. I'm AKC registered. When is Nico ready to leave his mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Nico must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Nico weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Nico will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
