Hi, I'm Kody! I'm a 5-week-old male Shiba Inu with a beautiful black & tan coat, born on June 14. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after August 9, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 14–28 lbs. I'm APRI registered. I'm the kind of friend who will always be there—especially during snack time.

Bringing Kody home
When is Kody ready to leave his mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Kody must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Kody weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Kody will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
