Hi, I'm Monroe! I'm a 14-week-old male Shichon. My dad is a Shih Tzu and my mom is a Bichon Frise. I have a beautiful brindle & white coat, and I was born on May 6. I am ready now to plan my trip to my forever family. Once I reach my adult size, I'm expected to weigh between 12–16 lbs. I'm ICA registered. I'll bring the love, you bring the treats.
