Everything seemed to go as advertised. One problem I am having with the puppy is he seems to have some prior training that I have to overcome. I want him to pee in the grass but he was reluctant to do that, preferring to pee on our door mat. I think he was paper trained. Bad idea. Second, When I sit down to eat or relax the puppy starts leaping on my legs as if he is expecting a handout. If I want him to come to me all I have to do is rattle a trail mix bag. I guess the breeders may feel it is necessary to paper train puppies but it may create a problem for the future owner. Hand feeding people food should be an absolute no-no. Other than that those two issues everything is fine and I am satisfied.
Terrible! SPOKE TO A DIFFERENT PERSON EVERY TIME I CALLED, COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS! THEY QUOTED A PRICE, NEVER MENTIONING THAT THERE WOULD BE ANICE ADDITIONAL COST TO FLY THE PUPPY HERE! I DIDN'T FIND THAT OUT UNTIL 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PUPPY WAS TO ARRIVE, THEN I WAS CHARGED ANOTHER $300 TO FLY HER TO MY LOCATION. WE ARE BOTH ON SOCIAL SECURITY, AND DID NOT PREPARE FOR THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSE! I FEEL THAT WAS DECEPTION ON THEIR PART, AND VERY UNFAIR TO US, AT THAT POINT WE WERE IN LOVE WITH HER AND WE WOULDN'T SAY NO! I FEEL TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!

All customers, including yourself, receive a breakdown of total cost during the online payment process, including the price of your puppy and additional flat-rate cost of travel, which includes your puppy's flight, travel carrier and health certificate stating she is healthy and able to travel by air. My puppy arrived on time and was energetic, perky and hungry. Gobbled the food I brought and lapped water. All good! Her vet visit revealed yeast infections and mites in both ears that needed attention. She is fine now. At ten weeks old, she arrived pee pad trained. She is well on her way to being spoiled.
The experience was very good. The Goldendoodle puppy was for my mom who lost her 10 year old dog on Christmas Day. I was a little worried that buying a puppy online was a scam, but our puppy is adorable and super smart! The only thing I think they could do better is communicate better with the buyer. I asked three times for an updated picture of the puppy with no response which again made me apprehensive. I finally had to call and beg for a new picture because it was my mom's birthday and she was having a rough time. They finally sent the picture. The same thing happened when I asked what kind of food the puppy was eating so we could prepare. Would I do it again? Absolutely! The puppy is awesome!
Customer Service department kept us up to date on all issues as they arose. Our puppy was delayed a few times. It would have been nice for the customer service reps to be more knowledgeable around the reason of the delay.
Excellent selection and customer service. Good to know breeder had been pre screened and was not a puppy mill. Happy to see pictures of both parents before ordering. Had some issue initially with them booking a flight arriving at midnight - but they moved to a slightly earlier flight. Great follow up and we love our puppy!!!!

Experience was very good. Had trouble with United airlines and ended up picking up puppy in person. No issues with staff, someone always available to commicate status or options. However, I did feel I was being passed around some (sales, service, travel), would be nice to have single point of contact throughout process (project manager). Would like more infor of breeders before purchasing. I would recommend Puppyspot and loved our breeder !!
I thought everything about PuppySpot was very professional and everyone was very helpful and truly curtious. I truly liked the fact that it was always puppy first. The people at PuppySpot were excellent. Very responsive to questions and getting information needed from the breeder. However, I was supposed to receive papers to register my puppy and never received them from the breeder. She had told them they would be mailed to me within 4 weeks. I called PuppySpot regarding this after waiting another 2 weeks (6 weeks total) and they had a copy on file. My puppy arrived healthy and well.
