We received a golden Retriever puppy. She has been wonderful. She was 17 weeks when we received her. We were told that she was house trained but was not. It has not taken us long to house train her.

My entire experience was excellent! Professional, caring and very knowledgeable on the different breeds. The puppy I chose was a Teacup Yorkie, he's almost 4 months and he weighs 1.7ozs, yes!!!! he is a little lovable, playful, energetic puppy and more importantly he's healthy!!!

Hi I bought a labaddodle on puppy spot and was very disappointed. The dog is very sweet and lovable but I really felt it was misrepresented. I was told he was crate trained and paper trained. Non of that was true. I felt the dog was raised up in a crate in and was taught that he should also pottyin in his crate. I have taken him to a highly recommended training school and they told me the same thing.

Very happy with purchase. Professional service and expectations met. My only critique would be that I wish PuppySpot had allowed me to interact directly with the breeder sooner. As soon as the purchase of the puppy was complete, I should have been able to speak directly with the breeder instead of being mediated (more than once) with a representative from PuppySpot. It was awkward and annoying. I was lucky to have a breeder near me so I could pick our puppy up directly from her instead of having the puppy shipped. Rather than finalize details directly with the breeder, we had to be chaperoned by a representative who had NO idea about the area where we live nor what we were talking about when we were discussing pickup locations. It was distracting and not helpful, and only when I demanded to be able to contact the breeder did they finally relent and have the breeder contact me. Other than that inconvenience/annoyance, I had no other issues. Puppy is happy and healthy and family is happy.

I admit to being a bit nervous at first purchasing our puppy through the Internet. As it was a first for us, although we've had many dogs as family members. But I was astonished at how well the experience went! Everyone I was in contact with were knowledgeable and courteous and I could tell they were very concerned about us and the well being of the puppy we purchased!
