The process to get little Tucker was very easy and informed. The concierge was very helpful through the process and even had extra videos and pictures sent to us as requested. Tucker came very healthy and is great.

Everything was a smooth transfer and xena aka bell is a happy healthy puppy. Airline delay a bit worrisome and rescheduled to 1145 not so good. We got home at 140 a.m. not puppy spot fault
