Hi, I'm Tessa! I'm a 3-week-old female Shih Tzu with a beautiful brindle & white coat, born on June 17. I'll be ready to go home to my forever family after August 12, once I'm grown enough to leave my litter. When I reach my adult size, I should weigh between 8–12 lbs. I'm ACA registered. I will bring love, laughter, and a bit of puppy mischief.

Bringing Tessa home
When is Tessa ready to leave her mom?
Young puppies have delicate immune systems, so we and our breeders take extra care to ensure they're fully prepared for travel. Tessa must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more before traveling. If Tessa weighs less than 2.5 pounds, Tessa will be eligible to travel at 12 weeks per federal guidelines.
