I think they were a

I think they were a great company to work with, had a health issue with one of the other pups but wouldn’t release ours until all were in the clear. So that was very reassuring I definitively would recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy! I only thing I wish is if you could meet the puppies or talk with the breeder about them. But a greT place to find my Harvey ❤️

Communication

Need better communication from the breeder and yourselves. The puppy is not potty trained which has been a hassle with our work schedules. We were told 21 pounds and he came at 38 pounds. We purchased items based on 21 pound dog and had to return most everything. Asked if he was micro chipped, was told no and he was. Which I took him in to get done and found out he was already. Just better communication would avoid the hassle we had to to through

Amazing

I cannot say enough about our experience with Puppy Spot! The staff was professional and kept touch with us every step of the way, even after our puppy arrived home. The breeder was incredible. She even called to follow-up to see how the puppy was after her long plane rides! Our little girl is adjusting beautifully, I could not have imagined a more seamless transition. Thank you Puppy Spot from the bottom of our hearts!

Love my puppy - not PuppySpot customer service

My first experience was sooooo much better. This is my second Havanese puppy from the same breeder as my first. Yaimy was an awful puppy representative. She did not keep me informed on anything. I had to chase her up to get information EVERY STEP OF THE WAY and I had to do all of the follow-up. I was given misinformation on flight details and I could NEVER reach her on the phone. I waited 17 MINUTES to speak with her and then was thrown into her voice mail. UNACCEPTABLE and terrible ...

Bernese Mountain Dog-Poodle

Our new puppy (Quincy) is the so loving, healthy and fun. We can tell that the breeders took the time to love and socialize her. She is smart, mischievous and cuddly. Our seven year old bassist doodle is not so sure about this new addition to our home. She played with Quincy the first day when we were at our friends house, but when we got home she started to pout and go sit on the stairs looking down on the little pest. Now after five days the have got acquainted and were playing together. Thanks for the little chewing machine.

Bad Company

I bough a male dog and they sent his sister. I had to go through hoops and walls to sort the situation out. Would up going straight through the breeder paying again for the same dog and transferring the original payment to the girl. I love the dogs, but the month long process of correcting their error is not worth the time. Find some breeders yourself and skip puppyspot.

We offered to allow us to match you with the original puppy you were interested in, or forego the placement and receive a full refund. You expressed you wanted to keep your puppy and was also interested in her brother. We quickly worked with our breeder to ensure you were able to receive your pup's sibling as soon as possible and at a discounted price. Our relationship began when we matched you with your puppies and despite your frustrating experience, our team will continue to be here as you need us.

5 Stars to Linda Fernandez (Florida) - her expertise was more than appreciated and she fought hard to get what I needed. Very friend and professional. She went the extra mile for me. 5 Stars to Mikayli Manes (Utah). She was in constant contact between me and the breeders making sure I was up to date with their new photos and videos. Since I had two dogs, she was able to manage both Pheona and Preston 5 Stars for Delivery/Accounting - My puppies got to Alaska in great condition and Accounting found out that I was charged for 2 puppies when in fact, it only cost for one since they were shipped in the same container. They refunded me that cost. Truly amazing, but what would you expect from a 5 star organization. This has been a very enjoyable experience for me even though I am one of those customers that have high expectations and require the best. PuppySpot definitely delivered.

New Puppy in our home!

This is the first time I have worked with a professional service to locate a puppy for us. I am pleased with the personnel I met over the phone, everyone was very professional and very helpful from the beginning of the process through the day of pick up. We selected a Golden Doodle and she arrived in May, as promised and we had her examined by our vet the next day who pronounced her in excellent health. She is truly a little charmer and we are so pleased that we decided to use Puppy Spot to help us find a new puppy while avoiding the potential problems and downsides of getting a puppy through a "puppy mill". We feel confident that the breeder has represented this breed honestly and that our puppy has been well cared for prior to our purchase and transport to our home. We intend to make the rest of her life a great one in our home with our family!

Awesome Experience

Puppyspot is a great service. The communication with them was extremely informative and friendly. I could tell they love dogs as much as I do. From the time I located my puppy, they arranged everything from Breeder Vet health checks, to air transportation, AKC Ownership and Microchip Registration. It is an outstanding and thorough process. They took all the worry out of buying a puppy.

Our New puppy

It’s only been a six days that we have our new addition from Puppy Spot. We found exactly what we wanted. The process was very smooth and we are very pleased. The first couple days was an adjustment for the new puppy but she is a dear and fitting in with our lifestyle. Puppies take a lot of time, consistency and love. The flight was very long (at least 14 hours) since she had a layover. I do suggest direct flights when coming across the country. The workers at the airport washed her and cleaned her carrier since it was pretty bad when she finally arrived at our airport. She was a little excited but so glad to get out of the carrier and have someone hold her. I recommend Puppy Spot for their professionalism and having exactly what we were looking for. We love our new addition.
