All went very good from start to pick up and bringing Cooper home!! PuppySpot was very communicative, always available and very helpful throughout process. Puppy was everything we had hoped and wished for!!

The puppy concierge Tiffany was so helpful and responsive. The PuppySpot team were always available to answer my questions along the way. The travel information was very simple and clearly communicated. Our puppy is so sweet!

We are so pleased with our new puppy. Our experience with PuppySpot was smooth and straight to the point. The delivery of the puppy was a bit rocky at first however we were able to quickly resolve the issue.

Everything was first class. The only thing I would have liked are weekly photos, rather than every 2 weeks.And updates on weight etc. We love our newest member to our family , she is an absolute joy. and all the helpful newsletters we receive from Puppyspot.
