I received Titus exactly one week ago, on Friday. He stopped eating on Sunday, which was two days after I received him. Took him to Vet on Monday then to vca on Tuesday & Wednesday which he has been hospitalized ever since, in critical condition

I would really like to see changed: More information on the breeder. How long have they been a breeder. How many dogs do they breed yearly. Are they cared for in home or separate area. How many siblings. Pictures of parents. Ratings from people that have had their new family members after 2 or more years. Experiences with warranties! I have had a great experience from puppy spot up to this date. Very friendly people. A lot of help along the way.

PuppySpot was amazing, within seconds of my inquiry I was receiving information via text and eventually a phone call. They respond very quickly in their app and everything I was promised was followed thru on. Our pup arrived on time and she is just the love of our lives right now. Could not have asked for a better experience.
I have a few concerns about the things I was told.
Michael - We're very sorry for making what should be an easy experience full of joy, and excitement one of stress and confusion. We could have and should have done a better job communicating your puppy's travel schedule and potty training expectations. As soon as we received your feedback a member of our client services team connected with you to learn more and and answer any questions you may have had. As promised, we will continue to be a source of information and support, throughout your puppy parent journey.
Paid buying a puppy out of state very easy..They take care of every question ,keep you updated on every aspect of your puppy and what you need to know. Great experience.
First, I have to say that my puppy is absolutely adorable and I fell in love with him the moment we "met." But I have mixed feelings about PuppySpot. It is very much a for-profit sales organization. The sales staff is fairly aggressive about follow-up once you make initial contact and then, once you "reserve" a puppy, you are committed to it. I don't "blame" PuppySpot for this; they are running a business and they certainly do provide a service. But adopting a puppy is a big decision so be sure you are ready before you click reserve. Also, I had asked the Puppy Managers to provide the vet report BEFORE sending the puppy and they assured me they would but they did not make good on that agreement. Finally, the vet report said no ear mites or ear infections and my puppy came with both, advanced enough that they could not have been missed if they had truly been examining the puppy.

As a dog-loving community, we understand the important decision of opening up your heart and home to a new furry family member and should have done better. It is required by the airline to attach your pup's records to her crate when traveling, which we did. That said, we never want a puppy parent to feel as if they cannot request the documentation beforehand and we're sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. We just lost my love of 8yrs to a tragic accident an I was not ready to get a new love. But my husband had me look on Puppy Spot an I found Pete!! Yall he is soooo sweet an just what we needed. Thank you Puppy Spot for fast an outstanding service. And they are NOT a puppy mill you get papers an things you never thought you would need. My family and friends will know to use them.
